Speroni S.p.A. fosters a transparent corporate culture, based on ethics, fairness and integrity, in compliance with laws and regulations, as well as with applicable standards and guidelines;<\/p>\n

For this reason, Speroni S.p.A. encourages its legal representatives, directors, managers and employees, as well as all other third parties that interact with the company, to report any violations of which they become aware within the workplace, by providing internal reporting channels: including a dedicated telephone line and an advanced web platform that can be used from any device, also in anonymous mode and with the possibility of selecting a language other than Italian;<\/p>\n

Information on violations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity is subject to reporting; They may concern violations (of national or EU law) that have already been committed, or have not yet been committed when there are concrete indications that they will be committed;<\/p>\n

Irregularities in the management or organisation of the activity, as well as disputes, claims or requests linked to a personal interest of the reporting person or of the person filing a complaint with the judicial or accounting authorities that relate exclusively to his\/her individual work or public employment relationships, or to his\/her work or public employment relationships with hierarchically superior figures, cannot be reported;<\/p>\n

The Whistleblowing Reporting System designed complies in its entirety with the regulatory provisions set out in Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001; No. 231\/2001, EU Directive 2019\/1937 and Legislative Decree No. 10 March 2023; 24.<\/p>\n
